"Warning: check-in is automated and there is no front desk / reception. This was only made apparent after booking. I was unable to cancel without penalty. The hotel starts sending you slightly unfriendly messages and suspicious links, to add your financial details. It all worked ok in the end, but was unpleasant and a little bit stressful before even arriving. Kaunas is a lovely city, I've been many times. "It is well located basic hotel, perfect for a short stay in Kaunas old town.
Exceptionally helpful and polite staff.
