"Basic hotel with small rooms but modern, exceptionally clean, great water pressure in the shower and they have a well functioning AC! This is Germany so don’t automatically assume that all hotels will have AC. I travel to Düsseldorf a lot and I will definitely be staying here again."

"Staff was very helpful and the hotel's location was very central.
2 minutes walk to central neuss station - next to shopping and eating places.
The room sizes are good.
These are the good points.
The minus point is that the hotel is a bit old. I can see that they are renewing slowly - heaters are renewed, tv is renewed etc.
My only complaint was about the pillows. Other than that, good deal for the money"

"24 euros for parking. 2 packets of instant coffee and tea in the room never replenished for our 3 day stay We were given clean cups just nothing to drink . Average stay but very nice staff at front counter."
