"Very warm welcome by the Reception staff. We were reallocated a lake view room without asking and were placed on the ground floor as requested.
The room was spacious, clean, with a terrace. Bathroom was large and shower was excellent.
We ate in the restaurant (pork schnitzel and falafel salad).....both were tasty and filling. The restaurant staff were very friendly. We didn't need to book a table and the service was prompt."

"The room was clean and I had access to heater to maintain the temperature for colder nights.
Breakfast buffet had a really good selection that was a bit different each day.
The location is very convenient with access to grocery stores and the city centre.
I look forward to coming back at the next opportunity."
