"Everything was amazing. Security had to let me out of the gate. I am not sure if I was to pay for self parking or not but they did not seem to say that I needed to. The language barrier between us made it difficult but they were very accommodating. The gym unit could use a little reorganizing to better use the space but I was able to manage a small workout. Breakfast buffet was amazing. "

The location right next to the airport is perfect, and the shuttle service makes everything incredibly convenient. "Really nice hotel very friendly wonderful breakfast the air-conditioning in the room is magnificent the people here are very friendly and welcoming extremely understanding and patient due to the fact that I do not speak Portuguese they are very patient and friendly welcoming and hospitable I can't imagine staying in a better place in all of São Paulo I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!!!"
