"Everything was amazing. Security had to let me out of the gate. I am not sure if I was to pay for self parking or not but they did not seem to say that I needed to. The language barrier between us made it difficult but they were very accommodating. The gym unit could use a little reorganizing to better use the space but I was able to manage a small workout. Breakfast buffet was amazing. "

The location right next to the airport is perfect, and the shuttle service makes everything incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, exactly what you need before or after a long flight. Highly recommended."

"Really nice hotel very friendly wonderful breakfast the air-conditioning in the room is magnificent the people here are very friendly and welcoming extremely understanding and patient due to the fact that I do not speak Portuguese they are very patient and friendly welcoming and hospitable I can't imagine staying in a better place in all of São Paulo I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!!!"
