I had 2 WhatsApp numbers brother of which were answered you got a response but if was always a couple of hours latet not helpful when your stood in a corridor not knowing where your going. "They got the parking for us on the day very helpful, Room was cleaned and cleaning staff also helpful when we asked for towels for five of us, overall you get what you pay for great value for money and central location (also there’s a sharwama spot right across from the front door of the apartment and it’s so good haha) "
