It's a very nice studio apartment with everything I needed. Location is good, plenty of available motorbike parking within 100m (I found a dedicated, unrestricted, free, motorbike parking area about 40m-50m from the apartment).
The only problem was the "self check-in" and "self access" systems. They're not very good. The system can't read passports so you have to enter your info manually and the access code system isn't intuitive. Once you figure it out it's easy, but like many "tech systems", until you know how it works it's frustrating. The property manager really needs to invest in better communication/information/step-by-step guides on how to enter the property. But the apartment is great, the location is great, just needs better communication.
