This stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offers comfort and convenience. Sleep soundly in a king bed and two queen beds, with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, and both a regular drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine with complimentary pods. We've got you covered with ground coffee, sugar, and creamer.
For added convenience, enjoy the in-house washer and dryer. We provide linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps, along with essential supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods for your entire stay. Great spot, close to I-40, TN State Univ, Meharry, Fisk, Vanderbilt, and downtown.

The property is very clean and well kept. The parking isn't great in the front during certain times. You may want to consider adding a remote lock for the back door so tenants don't have to walk to the front of the house after parking. Other than that, it's a great place...spacious and well kept.

Very clean & spacious

The place is nice & spacious. Beds are very comfortable. There was 6 ladies, so having the third bathroom helped a lot. The set of condos are nice. But its surrounded by a mix of neighborhoods. I would not go walking around there. This is not fault of the property owner but I think it is important to make known…. Upon arrival (late at night), unloading the vehicle, as one of us walked back out to get more, she walked out to 2 men in the car. She screamed at them & they jumped back in their car & sped off. Unfortunately they got her purse, and other valuable electronics. Of course it was devastating to her for starting a trip. When she made the police report & met with officers several times, following the phone & hoping to get something back. They all said that this type of theft is sort of a new wave. Stalking known vrbo’s…. They have figured out that vacationers come from everywhere, some like us from places where we feel safe & can leave an open car while unloading. We also come with stuff to stay awhile, money & electronics, etc. I didn’t want to believe that they would actually staulk a place for another’s demise. It was a rare moment that between 6 of us going back & forth, an opportunity arose for that brief minute, no one was there & they pounced. I can’t help but to believe they must have been sitting in wait. I explain this to make known to all, be ON WATCH. Always aware of your surroundings, take your purse/valuables in first.

The house was everything we were looking for-- super clean and spacious. It's a straight shot 10 minute drive to Downtown where all the attractions are. I would stay here again! Kristin was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question we had.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT

While I understand things happen, to cancel is less than an hour with no apologies and no help with finding suitable accomodations, we were not only angry, but felt like we were treated so poorly. I would never recommend this place or any other under this same owner.

Such a beautiful time in this city and staying here was wonderful. The owner was extremely helpful from the check in date to check out. I ended up leaving a photo in the house and the owner was so kind and shipped it right back to me. Definitely recommend the property for cleanliness!!!! The backyard was super nice too and overall all I can say is wonderful !!!
