Property was very clean and nicely decorated. Host was great, even ordered a taxi for us, which was very helpful. It was somewhat noisy at night. Property located in a busy section but also had lots of restaurants.

Very well located. Lots of cafes right outside. Manuela at the Remote front desk was very attentive and resolved any issues I had immediately! The room was very clean, quiet, and secure.

The apartment was very clean, and the location was excellent, with plenty of good dining options right downstairs. We also had great communication with the host, who was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and convenient experience.

My family stayed at this aprtment hotel for six nights. The room was clean, check in process was easy, and the staff was always responsive. We truly enjoyed the stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

It was a little bit hard for us to find the key to get in to the room, but when we walked inthe room was pretty clean and beautiful and comfortable in the good Neighbourhood. We didn’t stay enough, stay only one night to fly back to USA, but it was worth it.

Good location 25 minute walk to central train station through an ok neighborhood. Some bakeries nearby but no good eateries that I observed. Clean & comfortable accommodations. Manuela the contact person was very responsive to my queries. Excellent value for the price.

Definitely in a busy location, was overwhelming to find the property initially but once we found a parking garage and were able to walk to the doorway- the rest was a breeze. Very easy check in process. Some good restaurants below just like I said above, very busy and lots of garbage. We had kids with us and would have liked to use the outdoor space across the street. The room itself was pristine!

Good facilities in GREAT location. Taxi stand is 10 meters from door and bus 201 direct to major attractions starts 1 block away so you always get a seat. Interior was all new furnishings and TV was best ever.

Spend at the place 6 days and we enjoyed our stay. Appartment is quite central and everything is in a walking distance. Kitchen is tiny but enough for basic stuff. Just get 20cent coins for the elevator.

Clean and in the heart of it all! Our stay at Tony Suites was convenient and easy. Our host Manuela checked on us daily. The lift and taxi stand outside was an added bonus. However, given the close proximity to things we did not use the taxi stand much. There are plenty of cafes near by and most restaurants were a 15-20 minute walk. The unit is also on a major bus line. If we come back to Napoli we will stay there again. This is a great unit for those traveling with 1-2 kids. I traveled with my teenaged son and the space was more than adequate for both of us.

Easy to find and the responsiveness from staff was great. Check in and check out made easy. About a 15mn walk to the train station to get around everywhere! And the water from the shower was so warm! Loved it!

Great location, walking distance from city center and next to a famous square, nearby a lot of restaurants and bars. The host was super available and nice to accommodate several requests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and brand new, I will definitely come back during my stay in Naples. Highly recommended

This was a disappointing accommodations. The location was poor, the parking felt unsafe and sketchy, and the overall service was disappointing from start to finish. The property advertises itself as a bed and breakfast, yet no breakfast was provided during our stay. The bed was also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The biggest issue was the pricing. After I had already booked and paid through Expedia, I was told I had to pay an additional €55 per day because they claimed Expedia had charged the wrong rate. I explained that any pricing error was between them and Expedia, not the guest, but they insisted that I pay the extra amount. Based on our experience, many of the glowing reviews are difficult to reconcile with what we encountered. We were so unhappy that we cut our stay short and left after just two miserable nights. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

Communication and Check in via WhatsApp. Check in went smooth. I liked the apartment very much. Modern and clean. Small fridge and cutlery were available. It is located at a main road but when you close the windows the sound is isolated very well. Air Conditioning available but I did not need it. Bus stops close by and / or a small walk to Napoli central for the Metro or the Airport shuttle. In contrary to many other hotels, I could pay the Tourist Tax online instead of cash. I would book it again.

The room is excellent and very clean, with amenities such as refrigerator and kitchen ware. Bathroom also very spacious and clean. Room lighting options are outstanding from dim, soft light for relaxing to bright overhead light for packing. Entrance to the building was difficult to find despite being at the right address. Also, access into the building, a little awkward with luggage and backpack, requiring a step through a small wooden door to enter building. Recommend better signage and instructions to access the rooms. Area around building has numerous options from Coffee to meal options, groceries and shopping. Building is very convenient to airport, only 10 to 15 minute car ride.

Not what we expected. The “suites” are 3 rooms in a very run down apartment building. The room was clean and painted fresher than the building . The suites are 5 stories up, building elevator is tiny(even by euro standards). The shower tray was clogging and left standing water for a while. The location is very close to airport(15 min) but far from anything touristy. Super noisy location with loud traffic and people noise all through the night. Was ok for what we needed which was one night before we flew out, would not stay here if we planned to walk around city for tourist attractions. Staff was super responsive and very helpful!!
