Location was great, walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and shops, the port. Both the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, comfortable bed/ pillows, additional sofa, A/C, TV, mini fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The only thing it let it down was the traffic noise from nearby busy street due to the type of windows.
The apartment is in a very convenient location and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, there are a few things future guests should be aware of.
We experienced a dog barking somewhere within the building on all three nights of our stay. We raised this with the owner, who said that it would be addressed with the building owner, which we appreciated.
As this is a room within an apartment in a larger residential building, there is also quite a lot of noise from the surrounding apartments. We could hear bangs, doors, footsteps and other noises from above, below and neighbouring apartments. The street itself is also quite busy, so there is additional outside noise.
If you are not particularly sensitive to noise, this may not be an issue for you. However, if you are a light sleeper, it is worth being aware that the accommodation is not especially quiet.
There was also only one chair in the room, which we found a little inconvenient for two guests, and there was no iron, although a handheld steamer was available upon request.
If you are looking to stay right in the heart of Naples with a newer interior, this is it. Great place. Seemed like everything was new for the most part. The best part about it is the location. You can walk outside and get lost in lively streets of Napoli. I would 100 percent stay here again. The owner was amazing as well. I had two incidents. I left my key inside the apartment and he was able to get me inside electronically, this was late at night (most places I found don’t have staff on the property at all times so this was a huge life saver). I also happened to leave some items behind and he had them saved for me so I could pick them up a few days later. The name is appropriate. You’re right in the neighborhood that the locals call home, not touristy.

Clean and spacious room. Good central location but the area immediately around the apartment is noisy. Good air conditioning. Room would be better if it had a sofa or chairs.

There was an intermittent bad odor from the plumbing in the bathroom and the window didn't open. Once when returning from sightseeing the smell was even noticeable in the outside hallway.
It was in a noisy location.
The apartment itself was everything we needed. It was clean, the building was okay, and the communication was great.
