"My husband and I stayed here for a mid-week getaway for our anniversary. What a great value! Upstairs king bed was comfortable and kitchen was well appointed for cooking. There's a really nice walking trail around the lake just outside the front door that we took advantage of and were really impressed with the quality of the restaurants in town. Would stay here again our next time in Albert Lea (and would bring the kids!) "

"The staff was exceptional in welcoming our group, very informative of the hotel layout. Pool, hot tub and sauna all great. The morning staff was aware of outside conditions and gave safety advice. The breakfast was delish, great way for a send off! Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Didn't feel very welcoming from the front desk staff. TV access in room was confusing and a call to the front desk proved that i had a reason to be confused...so were they. Then breakfast, albeit free, was gross. Items were empty and instead of staff managing the food containers, she was simply standing and talking to the front desk. Then acted annoyed when it needed to be managed. Just not that great of a stay. "
