Friendly staff

Appears they are renovating so not holding that against them but they could do a better job of deep cleaning common guest areas like vacuuming the lobby etc. Staff was friendly although not present at the desk much on the late PM after midnight shift.

I had to wait 30mins for my room to be ready, (tried checking in at 3pm), but definitely worth the wait! Rooms are beautiful, swimming was great, bed are super comfortable and the shower actually had hot water!

Ally was at the front desk when I checked in. My brother and his wife checked in just ahead of me. Ally was super friendly and welcoming to both my brother and myself upon check in. She made sure we got our warm cookies and she was fun to work with.
