"Staff was awesome, the location was top-notch and if you get a frame-room, you have an excellent view of the Acropolis! The Metro is nearby, and there are a ton of restaurants and shopping locations next door."

"Booked the Amalia for a 5 night city break with friends and all of us were very happy with my choice of hotel. The hotel is very well situated being within walking distance of various visitor attractions including the Acropolis as well as being close to numerous bars and restaurants. Rooms are perhaps a little dated but perfectly functional and comfortable. Breakfast was great, ground floor bar was good for a quick beer and the rooftop restuarant bar offers spectacular views across the city. All in a great experience and I would happily return."

Quiet nights, school next door a bit noisy weekdays from 8 am. Furnishings need updating, especially bathroom vanity space is very small. Great closet and drawers in hallway built in . No bedside charging capability. No streaming from apps possible on tv. Need more English stations. Location very convenient. "

"The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the restaurant overlooking acropolis snd temple of apollo. Braekfast was great, but the location is fantastic. Right next to plaka district with restaurants and shops along cobblestone streets. Just charmimg."
