"A great hotel in an area outside of the main cities, but with an easy connect to said cities through Ikebukuro. There are many places to eat in Tokiwadai close to the hotel including a bento store, McDonald's, ramen, and a 7/11 and FamilyMart. There's even a supermarket! Be aware you will need to sort your own trash and that there is no daily cleaning service... but I'm sure we can all clean up after ourselves yeah?"

"This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"

"We were at this hotel for a total of five nights. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The location was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see a lot as well as the subway system and buses. We had the breakfast there each morning and it was delicious.
