Side A (this listing) comfortably sleeps 10 and rests peacefully on the beautiful, unspoiled Salt Marsh with multiple private porches, balconies, a crow's nest and a shared boat dock with kayaks, life vests, crabbing gear, fishing gear and more. You will enjoy serenity in a relaxing atmosphere with unparalleled views of the surrounding tidal creek as well as views of the ocean just one short block away (very easy walking distance). Quiet seclusion, fishing, crabbing, excellent bird watching, and the ability to launch your kayak(s) right from your yard make HipNautic a true choose-your-adventure dream.

THE SPACE:
Hipnautic (A) features 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths with sleeping for 10. This beautiful marshfront property features a large porch/balcony facing the Marsh for amazing sunsets and unparalleled wildlife viewing. A private outdoor patio and gas grill make the perfect spot for family cookouts and crab boils along the Marsh. A boat dock, kayaks, SUP, life jackets & crabbing gear are all available for guest use (these particular amenities are shared between guests on Sides A and B). Fishing rods are also available. When it comes to ocean/beach time, beach access is just steps across the street and easily accessible from the home . No matter what you crave, HipNautic has you covered!

Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the rooftop deck each morning, take a leisurely kayak journey along the tidal creeks, feast upon freshly caught fish & blue crab for dinner, then watch the sunsets over the Marsh at night from anywhere on the back side of the home. Oct. 19-22

We came up for a bachelor weekend. The house was just as described. Everything was nice and neat, the dock worked out great for us bringing a boat down. The crows nest was an awesome spot to watch the sunrise or sunsets over the marsh. Overall, it was a great day and we plan on going back.

Garden City Delight

We came down for my children’s Spring Break and found this little gem on VRBO at the last minute and so glad we did! The views of the Ocean and the Marsh at the same time from this home was a Garden City delight as I call it! The Crow’s Nest at the top of the house was our favorite place to be. We could tan and bird watch at the same time. Another favorite of ours was the Hammock by the Marsh on the porch. The breeze and the views can’t be beat. The kids also loved the kayaks and awesome fishing on the inlet. We even saw at night by the dock a person come by in a boat and catch a flounder. The beach access was super easy to get to by foot at this house. I could walk there in less than a minute. As far as inside entertainment, the very large TV in the main room was great and had anything we wanted to watch on it too when we just wanted to chill. This place had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Great views from every bedroom. His furniture was nice too. Ged and Danielle were Super as Host and answered any questions I had about the property quickly and always went the extra mile to double check on things. Glad my family was able to stay in their Beautiful home! Hope to visit again one day!
