For the most part, the Novotel is a great hotel. The staff is friendly. However, after a multi-night stay 2 different times in 2 weeks, i was told by the security guard and a front desk clerk that i was 'not allowed' to have my camera at the hotel. Trident, Nariman Point Mumbai
This is a really good hotel for it's location and general service. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most notably Shivam at reception who went out of his way to make my stay better. I also want to say the housekeeper was also really helpful. Thank you.
