We loved this establishment because it captured the beauty of the lake while allowing us to enjoy our time away from all the noise. We went from town to town after our stay here and I wish we stayed in this hotel for the whole time. "

"Staff were super friendly and access to the property was so easy. Great coffee and juice bar at your doorstep and a short 2 minute walk to the lake with stunning views of the volcanoes. Loved the yoga classes and gardens. The room was clean and well serviced with everything we could need, the kitchen was great for making our dinner and it all worked seamlessly. "I paid for my stay though cheap tickets. It was prepaid and they over charged me and charged me for stay again. I have 3 charges from Saasil retreat now even though staff promised they won’t make this mistake because they stated they know pre-paid doesn’t show in their system. Thank God I only stayed there for 3 days. "
