Hotel Casa Palopó - Relais & Chateaux

"El hotel está increíble, la alberca infinita de la villa y jacuzzi con una vista espectacular , las habitaciones con vista al lago 😍. Ojo , hay habitaciones con vista al lago y hay unas sin vista al lago. Estar consientes que no todas las habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado . Hay una villa que está en la parte de arriba y solo se puede utilizar si no está reservada, corrimos con mucha suerte en poder utilizarla como área común. Una de las habitaciones no funcionó el aire acondicionado y el otro que tenía ventilador de techo hacía mucho ruido. En ocasiones no responden los whatsapp y hay que ser pacientes , se requiere de marcarles para atender solicitudes . No cuentan con pasta de dientes ni cosas del baño, se tiene que pedir un servicio con ellos para que vayan a comprar fuera . Muy amables en el servicio , El restaurante kinnek está muy bonito ya que está pegado al lago , pero consideren ir durante el día, ya que de noche no se ve nada. Merece mucho la pena quedarse ahí."

"A truly wonderful place to stay. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful connection with nature. The vegan food was absolutely spectacular, and the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. A perfect place to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommended!"

"I had a very good stay at UXlabil. The property is impressive and the view is extraordinary. The staff was especially helpful—they found me a fan to make the room more comfortable in the heat and offered extra pillows. Everyone did what they could to make my stay enjoyable. The on-site restaurant is very convenient, and the food was filling. I didn’t take advantage of the included breakfast because I had a very early morning and was out the door by 5:00 AM. The only real drawback is the location. It isn’t especially convenient to other restaurants or small stores if you want snacks, drinks, or other supplies. I simply stocked up on my way back from El Mirador, which worked well. Overall, a beautiful property with an exceptional view and a very helpful staff. I would stay here again."

"Nos quedamos sólo una noche y fue después de escalar el volcán. Lo cual fue perfecto porque, después del dolor en las piernas, el hotel era lo que necesitábamos. Nos metimos en la aguas termales y todo estuvo muy bien."

"We spent three nights at this hotel we reserved ahead of time for the QUADRUPLE room, when we checked in we let the staff know two more people were staying at the hotel, as it didn’t let us book on Expedia for four guest (only as two guests), we had to pay extra for each person which we knew, check in went smoothly. After getting settled into the room we realized there were 4 queen beds and a twin bed which surprised us and so another family member decided to stay after all with the extra bed. We decided to go get something to eat before ending our night after hours of traveling when front desk messaged us as soon as we walked out of hotel to pay for the extra person. Other than that breakfast was fresh every morning and cook was very polite, very accommodating, and she recognized us every morning and made conversation with us. She was also the one cleaning our room and refilled hygiene products for every person in our room."

"We loved our 4 day stay at Kula Maya. Super friendly staff, clean hotel and room, tranquil location providing privacy and intimacy while being just a short walk to the main shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend! Our favorite part was the Yurt, a big space accompanied by a large, outdoor bathroom and private balcony."

"This boutique hotel in San Marcos is def for adults. Very few amenities. Very simple. Great location next to the park and close enough to restaurants. However when you exit the boat there are no clear signs as to what direction to go. San Marcos is a small quiet and relaxing town."
