"Shout out to Shakira at the front desk, she was super friendly and helpful. The place was good value for my stay ($150/night), but I wouldn't pay any more than that (no private bathrooms, single mattress, etc)."

"Just a short stay of 6hours layover at Newark/New Jersey airport at night. Supper convenience with 24/7 airport shuttle. Every 30 minutes around the lock was a lifesaver for me. Thanks!"

"The hotel's staff are all excellent! Such a professional, friendly & top-notch crew. The free breakfast was sufficient. The broken backup elevator was not. One elevator servicing 30+ floors is not sustainable. The repair should have been done within a few days. Especially to have this occur during a busy holiday weekend & US Open tennis event happening in the city, the situation is not acceptable. I'll consider going back to this hotel as long as both elevators are working."
