"First time to NYC. No bells and whistles here but the bed and bathroom were clean! The property needs updated for sure and hopefully management and corporate get on that because this is a fantastic location / right across the street from the Penn Station! Quiet room on the 10th floor. Would stay again hope it gets a facelift inside"

"We arrived late at night for our early morning flight the next day. The first room we were given, had broken air air-conditioning, and the air conditioner was in pieces on the floor. The second room we were given, the lady changing the rooms, wrote down the wrong room number so that when we got upstairs, the key did not work. On our third try, we were able to get into the room and had a good comfortable stay. It just took a long time to get a room and we were very tired."

"The staff at check in was absolutely the best. Hotels.com, you should fix your advertisement though, there isn't any adjacent parking and on a holiday weekend with big shows in town we were almost without a place to park"

"It’s a wonderful stop, I always stay on my first and last night on visiting my sister in Connecticut, also a great place if visiting the area, very easy to visit New York City. Free shuttle bus to any terminal & sky train to Train station for Amtrak & local journeys"
