"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely poor.
The room had a very strong musty smell, and the ceiling was covered in visible mold. The humidity was overwhelming and even caused me respiratory discomfort. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, as I found hair from a previous guest.
Additionally, the bed was in very bad condition—the spring mattress was damaged, and I experienced severe back pain, as it felt like there was a hard bar running through the middle.
Overall, the conditions were unacceptable. I was so uncomfortable that I had to check out one night earlier than planned due to the humidity and overall environment.
I will not be staying at your hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience."
