"Best place to stay in Mostar The owner of the hotel Mrs Susan and her husband Najad were very kind and upgrade my room , also provide me welcoming sweet and fresh juice, If I have another chance to visit Mostar , I won't leave this highly recommended hotel"

"مكان جميل ونظيف والفندق داخل المجمع مناسب جدا للعوائل "

"The hotel is clean and well located, and the staff are friendly, but the hotel itself is extremely basic. It is definitely not a four-star hotel. The facilities are mediocre, and the rooms are very small. The bathrooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the hotel does not live up to its advertised description. Although parking is advertised, it consists of street parking that is difficult to access. If you’re unlucky, you may have nowhere to park your car. I would not recommend staying here...

"Balcony was spacious and nice to have. Breakfast was great for folks on the go early in the morning."

"Parkplätze waren genügend da"

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, von der Sauberkeit bis zum Eigentümer alles einfach perfekt. Tolle Lage, es gab 2 Klimaanlagen. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei."

"Great location for your stay in Mostar, less than 5 minutes to the old town. Lovely view from the room although the road can be quite noisy. Staff were incredibly friendly, I was delayed arriving and they responded quickly on WhatsApp. Room is pretty basic but got everything that is needed. Shower was a bit dated and maybe a little dirty but worked fine. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Mostar."

"Très ordinaire "

"Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, great restaurant and spa. Nice spa with great service."

"Very small room and unfriendly staff, during checkin."
