Room was clean, the staff I spoke to was very nice and cheerful, I liked the outdoor kitchen setup. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and welcoming. I thought some areas could do with a paint touch up, but it didn’t detract. Overall a comfy 3 night stay. Cheers.

This property really suited my needs. The staff were friendly and obliging, and the new managers are doing a great job. While cooking isn’t allowed in rooms, cooking facilities are available in a camp kitchen setup near the pool, where there are also coin washing machines. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom convenient.

Was told when we arrived there at about 7.15 on Sat. 29 Sept that my Booking was NOT for the 29 and 30 but for 30 and 31. They were totally booked for the 29 and there was nothing that could be done she put me in contact with a motel in Port Douglas at $45 above what the booking . I was told to cancel the booking, and I would get my money back from the agent. I will start by getting in contact with the agent.
