"We stayed a week in mid March. The room we initially stayed in was on level 4 but right at the end of the building, next to the Cahility. The music from next door started early at around 8am and went until 9:30pm. It was loud enough to hear it through the closed windows. On day 2 we asked to be moved, which the staff were happy to help. They were great, no arguments or additional charges. So overall it was a great stay."

"Ski in ski out was fine, a bit of walk in some spots but not so bad as I would even come back for lunch. Hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Really enjoyed our stay would return again, space was perfect for 8 of us"

"I forgot how annoying parking is here. Had to hike 10min each way to P2. Staff are nice, room is dated and basic not worth the price paid, no microwave. Spa zone, the steam room sauna room and chill room are great! Hot tub was so foamy I didn’t dare. "

"The location was great for ski in & ski out. The condo was well equipped for our needs. We were however very disappointed with the bunk beds as the top bunk did not have safety rails on two sides that were exposed leaving a very strong chance of a child falling from the bunk. "

"We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but weren’t apologetic at all for the inconvenience. Apologies in my book go a very long way and a smile and how is your stay go a mighty long way, but we received none of those common greetings that you typically get at other hotels. I must add that when I asked for a cleaning towel and cleaner so that I can clean the bathroom myself, they had sent someone up anyway to clean the bathroom. I need to acknowledge that. The hotel needs a major update as well. With a renovation update and training staff to be more welcoming and gracious, this hotel could be a 5. "

"The location was outstanding for both Nordic and alpine skiing as well as walking access to the village, and the place was clean and well-appointed for our group of 7 adults. Our group comes to Sun Peaks almost annually, and we agreed that this was the best place we’ve ever stayed in. "
