"The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property.To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work.When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms....

"The place is wonderful! Super cute, well done, charming and clean. Very pretty area, tranquil and quiet. Ultra amazing host who was super receptive and accommodating -- went above and beyond to make every detail about my stay smooth and enjoyable. Conveniently located near everything in Hartselle, which is a beautiful town that has everything you need. Will stay there again every chance I get. Highly recommend!!!"

"Easy entry. Very clean. Owner communication is as excellent. Would stay again. "

"Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t...
