So bad I had to leave the office for open for a minute. The woman who checked me in seemed real nice and polite. She did the check-in process and proceed to tell us we were on the 3rd floor. And then followed up with the statement of "by the way our elevator doesn't work". So we had to climb to the 3rd...

"Great location. Easy to walk to shops & restaurants. "
