"Brunch expensive and disappointing"

"All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The room was very clean and very nice and comfortable as were the grounds!!! We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. "Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. "First of all, Moorea is beautiful!! Very quiet, not crowded and very peaceful. NIU Beach Resort has very upscale beach bungalows steps from the water. We snorkeled from the beach - super clear and lots of coral. We also kayaked daily which was very fun. The bungalow is perfectly equipped - very thoughtful and beautiful. Only breakfast is available to purchase on-site, but restaurants and small groceries are bikeable (bikes provided for free) or walkable. Perfect for adult travelers!"

"The deluxe bungalow was so nice inside with all the modern conveniences but had a thatched roof giving you an authentic Polynesian experience. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom had 2 beautiful sinks and walk in shower. The kitchenette was an added plus! The pool was wonderful and ocean view and beach were beautiful. The on site Sunset Grill was convenient but we only had 1 dinner there since there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again...

"The room was clean, but had many many bugs. Which I did not mind much due to the location on the hotel being more in the forest. The area where the kitchenette is and for outdoor relaxing is covered in dog poop. I found this to be unsanitary."
