Guest Access:
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy privately during your stay. Guests can easily access the property through our simple self-check-in process using a lockbox or keypad entry system. Detailed check-in instructions and access information will be sent by email and/or text message a few days before your arrival.

Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, also known as HoMa, is one of Montreal’s most vibrant and authentic neighborhoods. Blending longtime residents with a younger creative community, the area offers a unique mix of trendy cafés, local restaurants, shops, and genuine Montreal character. It has the feel of a small village within the city while remaining only a 15–20 minute metro ride from downtown Montreal.
Families, nature lovers, and curious travelers will enjoy the nearby Space for Life attractions, including the Biodome, Planetarium, Botanical Garden, and Insectarium, offering memorable experiences for all ages.
Getting Around:
Getting around Montreal is simple from this conveniently located loft near Montreal Metro. The property is located close to Joliette Metro Station, offering quick and easy access to downtown, Old Montreal, the Plateau, and many of the city’s top attractions. Several bus lines are also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the neighborhood without a car.
For guests arriving by air, Montréal–Trudeau International Airport is accessible by car, taxi, or public transit. Street parking is generally available nearby; always check local signs and restrictions before parking.

The apartment is located in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, a vibrant and authentic Montreal neighborhood. The building is a multi-unit residential property with permanent residents living on-site. As in most city buildings, guests may occasionally notice cooking smells, hallway noise, conversations, doors opening and closing, or sounds coming from shared/common areas. Some mechanical noise from building equipment, including rooftop ventilation or heating systems, may also sometimes be heard inside the apartment. These elements are outside of our control.
Our responsibility is to ensure the apartment itself is clean, functional, comfortable, and accurately represented. We are fully responsible for the condition, cleanliness, furniture, and overall guest experience inside the unit. However, certain aspects related to the building, neighbors, common areas, city environment, or surrounding neighborhood remain outside of our control.
Street parking is available on nearby streets but remains subject to Montreal city regulations, availability, snow operations, construction, and parking restrictions. Guests must always carefully read posted parking signs. As with any major city, we recommend never leaving valuables inside vehicles. We cannot be held responsible for parking tickets, towing, theft, or incidents occurring outside the property.
Please do not leave garbage bags outside the apartment door or in common areas. Garbage must be disposed of in the designated areas of the building. If you cannot locate them, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Please note:
No pets allowed. Bringing unauthorized pets will result in an automatic $300 penalty per animal.
Only guests included on the reservation may access the property unless approved in advance and applicable guest fees are paid.
Some guests may find the building more “classic” than modern, including certain appliances or furniture that are older but maintained and functional.
We manage multiple units within the same building. Layouts, décor, furniture, and certain details may vary slightly from the photos shown while maintaining a similar style, comfort level, and overall experience.
