This 100-square-meter apartment features a double bedroom (wiith Italian king-bed) equipped with air conditioning, an eat-in kitchen complete with all necessary cooking amenities, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed (for 2 adults or 2 children), and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. It can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed). Renovated in 2020, the apartment reflects traditional Tuscan style, boasting vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and terracotta floors. It opens onto an expansive terrace—or *aia* (farm courtyard)—furnished with a table, chairs, and a wooden gazebo, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. A barbecue is available for guests to use. There is also a swimming pool, set in a scenic, panoramic location.
In the town of Montespertoli (located 3 km away), you will find a variety of shops, a museum of sacred art, and a museum dedicated to the wine culture. Known as a "city of wine" the town of Montespertoli hosts an annual Chianti Wine Exhibition at end-May. Our family produces olive oil, wine, and artisanal ceramics; guests are welcome to sample our wine and olive oil.
