"Great location with most things in Monterey and Pacific Grove within walking distance. Staff were excellent, very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Rooms were a great size, ensuite showers powerful and with plenty of hot water. Good quality soaps, shampoos etc and good facilities within the bedroom. The only slight downside is the decor and furnishings in the bedrooms are tired and dated and really could do with an overhaul. They also charge for parking and as the on street parking around the Inn charge for parking from 9am-8pm it leaves you no choice but to pay the $17 daily charge. Overall though a positive stay."

"My daughter and I flew into Monterey for a girls weekend. The staff at the door and desk were attentive, kind and helpful. The lobby was strikingly beautiful and clean. We asked the concierge for non tourist suggestions for food and entertainment. We got great recommendations that were walkable and fit the hours of opening for business we needed. The elevators are fast, hallways bright and clean. The room was clean, crisp and nicely set with good electronic amenities. House keeping staff were friendly and helpful with a few things we needed that we forgot. We will stay again!"
