You are at the center of the best of Sonoma County. A few minutes’ drive takes you to the vibrant town of Guerneville with its shops and restaurants, or the charming riverside village of Monte Rio. For a change of scenery, the dramatic Sonoma Coast is a beautiful 20-minute drive away, while the city of Santa Rosa is just 30 minutes from your door.
Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended to explore all that the Russian River Valley and Sonoma County have to offer. There is ample parking in the private driveway with space for up to four vehicles.

Stairs: Please be aware that this is a multi-level home with a unique architectural design. Guests must be comfortable using stairs to access all areas of the house and property.
Golf Course: For the enjoyment and safety of all, please respect the Northwood Golf Course as private property. To book a tee time, please contact the pro shop directly. Walking on the course is reserved for paid golfers only.
Pet Policy: To maintain the condition of the home and for the comfort of future guests, we have a strict no-pet policy. Legally recognized service animals are the only exception.
Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the serene setting, we strictly enforce Sonoma County's quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events are permitted.
📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
