The property is located on the Côte d\'Azur in the charming coastal town of Menton which has been a popular resort for over a century.

Centrally located in the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture, guests will find amenities including; a bakery, pharmacy and a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. For the best local produce visitors can head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 6-minute walk).
