"This was my first time staying at Casa Santo Domingo, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel is spectacular and completely unique — its history, architecture, gardens, art, and atmosphere make staying here an experience in itself. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay: warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The level of service really complements how special the property is. The restaurant deserves a special mention. The food was absolutely spectacular, both in quality and presentation, and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Everything exceeded my expectations. Casa Santo Domingo is not simply a place to stay when visiting Antigua; it is part of the Antigua experience. After my first stay here, I would definitely come back and highly recommend it."

"Tikal Futura has a great location, near Miraflores mall, with a good restaurant on site, and helpful, professional staff. Some rooms have a wonderful view, some can be a bit noisy, but overall, it's my favorite hotel in Guatemala City. It is showing a bit of age, as the flooring in some rooms is peeling up a bit, but everything is super clean. I had a single room with one bed, and wished there was a bit more variety in the pillows this time. In the past everything has always been great. Air works well, shower is good, plenty of towels and even washcloths, and I love the artwork in the rooms as well. Recommend!"
