From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The security team made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool, gym, massage services, and a shopping mall right next door, with a movie theater nearby!
The food was absolutely delicious! Our package included a breakfast buffet featuring traditional Guatemalan favorites such as eggs, beans, breakfast meats, fresh bread, tropical fruits, freshly squeezed juices, and amazing coffee. Every meal was five-star quality!
Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with daily housekeeping, air-conditioning, and spectacular city views.
What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. Everyone went above and beyond to make my brother’s birthday celebration memorable.
We had such a wonderful time that we honestly didn’t want to leave!
