"Breakfast was superb. Property exceptionally clean but communication from staff poor. We were not told about the local travel cards until we read about these locally. The lounge area is completely locked up before 9pm so there are no communal areas after then. Not sure if any staff remain in the premises overnight?"

"We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. It was just one night so we chose a family room for the four of us, including our two young adult children. The room was exactly as pictured except even more comfortable than expected! The balcony wrapped around two sides with stunning views. We enjoyed the convenience of the little beer garden restaurant right next-door. It was very convenient to get to Bertchesgaten for our morning tour."

"The hotel is amazing. The lady at the front desk was not that friendly and if you are traveling with kids, they may not use the pools after 18:00 hrs and it closes at 20:00. I do not remember paying less money for the kids, so did not understand why they could not use the facilities. Other than that, it is very nice."
