"Clean"

"This place was close to disgusting. Hair in the sink. Dead bugs under the coffee machine. Toilet ran all night. AC ducts and filters were last cleaned during the Obama administration. Laundry facilities were dirty. Thick layer of dust over most surfaces. Stay away."

"The hotel was SO cool!! It is the only not-for-profit hotel in Mississippi! They put money back into the community by supporting small businesses and schools. The staff were amazing and very helpful in pointing out great places to eat. The room was clean, had a great table for playing games. The sheets were the best I’ve ever slept on in a hotel!! I will definitely be back !"

"The room was clean and smelled very fresh."

"This is an older hotel but clean, no elevator."

"The staff and the room was excellent."

"Room was clean and spacious."

"The rooms are clean and worth the price"

"I loved the quirkiness of the hotel The host was really helpful. The facilities and guest area have everything you need with a kitchen area which has a stocked fridge with yogurts fruit sauces butter etc. Coffee making and selection of teas. Relaxing lounge with self-service bar and honesty payment. Great location for blues fans. The location has a gritty feel and is quite run down but full of live music venues and bars including the famous ground zero blues club and Reds."
