"This is such a cool experience. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and stocked with all the necessary toiletries. Location is fantastic; you are right off Pink Street near bars and food. It is a loud location, so if you are looking for a quiet, reserved location, this will not be the location for you. BUT if you’re looking to take in the sights and try something new, this is the perfect place! Absolutely loved our stay. "

"We arrived all wet and bedraggled having traveled all day on a bus from Porto. We were upgraded to a lovely room which helped to sooth our weary bodies. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated with special amenities such as a yoga mat, bathrobes and slippers, and little cookies on a plate. We would stay here any time. Thank you."

"All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular Nadia and Samuel. They went out of their way to make time to assist us with advice and recommendations on places to visit, restaurants and transport and always asked about our day when we returned. The hotel is in a good location with the famous 28 tram stopping in the street outside. Our room was a good size with a roomy shower and bathroom and with a balcony. There is a comfortable lounge and outside patio and the breakfast was tasty, varied and constantly refreshed. There are limited drinks available, no bar as such, but there are numerous places in the immediate locality for food and drink. The hotel is a great base to go exploring the city. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would return."
