Very pleased with our 6 night stay.. all staff members are very professional and with the use of Gaya, their virtual assistant, I was able to get all the information I need for check-in, housekeeping request and even recommendations of restaurants, transportation and attractions… Since the street is mainly pedestrian only, fairly quiet during the night expect on the weekends with fado across the street The location is 10/10, so many places to eat and shop… you can walk almost everywhere and close to the metro station… I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone coming to Lisbon Have access to laundry is a god send, so hot during the day that I sweat through by the evening… and BONUS: excellent AC!!

Great apartment and customer service. When the AC didn't work in one place, they moved me to another without issue. Really great experience and would recommend highly due to the great location.

This was such a great find. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well equipped, great bed, great kitchen. We loved the location, restaurants, bars and bakeries within easy walking distance. The metro is within a few blocks and there is a tram running right outside. For a lively area the apartment is surprisingly quiet We highly recommend this property and if ever in Lisbon again would gladly stay here.

A Treasure in Chiado.

We stayed in “Bleu” on 4th floor I was actually shocked by how much this apartment exceeded my expectations. Location great, apartment clean, bigger than expected, and very nicely decorated. You will be pleasantly surprised. Bonus was one of the best bakeries and an Anthony Bourdain reviewed restaurant right on the corner

Amazingly Beautiful!

Amazingly beautiful apartment! Very well appointed. Very spacious except not really room for tables by the bed, which is important to us. Centrally located with lots of restaurants. We did Uber to some of the sites, but inexpensive rides.

The apartment was better than we imagined it would be. Clean, new, elevator (so helpful given the three story housing in Lisbon!) and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and the decorations added a pleasant touch. The air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems all seemed in top condition. The location was excellent in terms of restaurants, public transportation and sight seeing.

Location, comfort, and charm

Alexandre and the team were so kind and helpful…they even helped book restaurant reservations for us. The location was very central and walkable to much of the city. And they came halfway through our stay to refresh the towels, paper products, and coffee. It was clean and comfortable, with all the basics you need, plus more. I would definitely stay again and hope to do so sooner than later!

Good: ——— Location - central to touristy stuff Space - roomy apartment, lots ot space for everything Laundry - working laundry machine with dryer built in Kitchen - everything was working, fridge and stove Air conditioner - works well in all the rooms Bad: ——- Rough checkin, no email or communication from host, had to call the number while standing outside with our luggage. Host then walked us through via WhatsApp. Scary moment. Home automation would turn off lights even if you were in the rooms. I had the lights turn off while in the bathroom and the switches are outside the door! No hooks to hang towels in bathroom. Staff came to clean the apartment one day without us knowing it would happen.

Making family memories

Apartment was very spacious for a family of 6. It was clean and had a well appointed kitchen and baths. The location was excellent with many good restaurants and cafes and within walking distance to many sites in Lisbon. Public transportation was also easy to access. Although we didn't see anyone from the company on site, they were very responsive to my request for transportation to the airport. It was arranged easily and promptly. Overall a wonderful experience!

Apt was in great condition with modern amenities including a kitchen, washing machine and AC in all rooms. Great location in the city with tons of restaurants and shops in immediate walking distance. The property uses a smart app lock for self check in and while we initially had problems getting it to work on my Android phone, it worked fine with my wife's iPhone. There were provided hotel style NFC cards that could then be used to unlock the doors which we used during our stay.

The location, design, cleanliness and comfort offered by the apartment were all excellent; one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. The only suggestion is to enhance the channel of communication with owner to beyond phone calls. As we were travelling using data plan without local SIM card, communication via phone calls was not convenient for us.
