Secluded Lakefront | Private Pool | Dock | Hot Tub

"Lovely home with plenty of space for all 17 of us to gather together - or have some quiet time. Made for a memorable family vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The play area and movie room kept young and old having fun with basketball and billiards contests and popcorn and movie nights. (We were excited to find huge stacks of DVDs of every genre to add to our viewing fun).Cooking meals - and the seemingly nonstop snacking - was made easier by the wonderfully equipped kitchen and the 4 refrigerators. We were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of cookware, a Blackstone grill, gas grill, a kurig coffee maker - and coffee pods! We loved the beautiful pool and made s'mores and sticky, sweet memories around the fire pit. Most of all we loved having the dock, where we brought our pontoon boat and spent much of our vacation on or in the beautiful Lake Anna. Our host, Dan, was excellent. He communicated quickly befote, during and after our stay and make our time as perfect as possible."

"There were plenty of rooms for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The beds were comfortable, and the large dining room table was a special treat to accommodate all of us for meals. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat and kayaks out on the lake and the kids swing set and sand box were a big plus. Loved the community pool and nearby public beach area."

"Home was exceptionally clean and ready for our arrival. Kitchen had every item needed to feed our crew of 12 or more. Extra refrigerators were a plus. Deck area was a haven for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Pool was fabulous and the hot tubs were in use everyday. Loved the theater room and the young adults had a blast with karaoke area. Beds were very comfortable and loved the filled shower dispensers. Towels were first class and plentiful. Communications with owner was excellent and they went over and above to manage a pool issue that occurred. We were able to dock pontoon boat and jet ski easily. Instructions for checking out were easy to follow. Fabulous home and we thank you for a memorable week with our family. Looking forward to our returning next year!"

"What a wonderful stay and great family time. We couldn’t have asked for more property wise. Amazingly well stocked kitchen and home. They thought of everything. If you are renting a boat just know you can’t get it to the private side."

"We had an amazing week at this Lake Anna home! Communication was exceptional from start to finish. The owner, Steve, was incredibly responsive, and the property manager, Jenn, was SO friendly and helpful. The older home has so much charm and has been thoughtfully updated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the only thing missing was wine glasses. The hot tub was spotless, and Steve even provided beach towels. Just note that you'll need to bring your own bath towels and bed linens. The protected cove was perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming with no boat traffic. We loved the surprise ping-pong table, the fire pit overlooking the lake where we made s'mores almost every night, plus the included kayaks, paddleboards, fishing gear, and water trampoline. Jet ski rentals were incredibly easy. We texted Steve the night before, paid via Venmo, and Jenn arrived the next morning with the keys and a quick tutorial. When we had a mechanical issue, Steve responded within minutes, Jenn got the other jet ski out for us within 30 minutes, and Steve proactively offered a fair refund without us asking! We also loved the towables for the boat and larger jet ski. Steve's focus on safety really stood out by providing life jackets in every size and sending reminders to wear them. Our family usually vacations at the beach, but with older kids looking for more activities, this was exactly what we were hoping for! Staying again for sure!"

"We held a family vacation with our adult children, their grandmother, and our two dogs. The property had everything we needed. The host was excellent. One thing to know in advance is the hot vs cold sides of the lake. This property is on the hot side and the lake is very warm, always. It didn’t cool us off in the hot July weather. Other than that, highly recommend!"
