"We were just staying here for the night along our road trip after a long day of driving we needed a break and this was the closest one to book from where we were at on the road. It was out of the way from the highway which was a pain but it was a decent hotel. The pool was okay but dirty all around the sides of it and they say it’s heated but it definitely was not as it was cold. The room was alright however I had asked for a room with 2 beds because there was 4 of us and after taking a much longer time for check in than usual they said okay and I assumed that meant they found us one but when we got to the room it was 1 bed and a couch pull out. We also got put on the very top floor which I would have rather not been 1 elevator didn’t work the entire time of our stay and the other elevator felt like it was going to break down every time we were in it. For a place to sleep for the night it wasn’t bad it wouldn’t be my first pick though for sure. I also called down from our room to ask if they had any Advil in there little shop and the person I spoke with couldn’t be bothered to look just told me to come to the lobby and check for myself, which I obviously would have just done that in the first place anyway but I was trying to get my kids settled down while my husband had a migraine. There hospitality service could use a refresher course for sure"

"I can say I feel like my wife and I wasted our money on this stay. The room smelled like an ashtray, the hot tub did not work ( and this one one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The room was booked wrong in their system. The breakfast we were served this morning was cold. This was all around the worst experience when staying with this brand of grill"

"What I did NOT like. During check-in, I happened to overhear the receptionist explaining government rates and ID requirements to the guest ahead of me. As a government civilian employee, I asked—mostly out of curiosity—whether any such rates or considerations might apply in my case, while also noting that I had booked through Expedia and understood if they did not. The response I received left me somewhat uncomfortable. I was told there has been abuse of government ID usage and that stricter enforcement may be coming. While I understand and respect the need for policies and preventing misuse, the tone of the interaction made me feel as though my inquiry was being viewed with suspicion rather than as a simple question. This was a personal trip, and I was not attempting to improperly seek benefits—only asking for clarification. To be fair, the receptionist remained generally polite throughout the interaction, and I completed check-in without issue. However, the exchange left me disappointed, as the manner in which it was communicated felt unnecessarily dismissive."

"This was an awful stay it was 96 degrees outside and no air conditioning in the rooms. We had to go to target to buy fans. Staff told us they would discount and that never happened"

"Gorgeously furnished house, stocked with activities for adults, and games for kids (or nostalgic adults)! Rain or shine, this house has the amenities to make it work! Host was responsive to any questions that I had. I would definitely consider this house again for a future stay!"

"I booked this house for a getaway with my family and it was such a perfect place to spend a few days. In April, the weather was a bit on the colder side, but the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna meant we still had a lot of fun. We didn’t want to leave. The house is even better in person with a game room, plenty of rooms, and gorgeous views."
