Welcoming and warm atmosphere

Wonderful service and hospitality! Delicious breakfast, and very kind service. It was lovely to be there. Our son even got a Happy birthday postcard and chocolates from the bed and breakfast owners while celebrating his birthday during the breakfast.

Gotta give this place a go !

Wow, What an exceptionally lucky find. Hosts Sharon and Paul could not have been more friendly and welcoming. It is rare to find a place where simply everything has been thought of, down to every last detail. Our room was cosy, very quiet and peaceful. Ideally located for the North Somerset/Devon coast and perfect for Dunster Castle. Breakfast was also something special. We shall definitely be back.

Exceptional value for money - a real find!

What a great find! I travel for work around the SW and was delighted to find this excellent B&B. It has everything I look for - a home from home feel, on-site secure parking, spotlessly clean and with great in- room facilities (fridge, tea / coffee making), bathroom essentials and a comfy bed. Sharon is just the best host - she really cares for her guests and wants them to be comfortable. Lovely to find someone who loves what they do and wants to share her home. Great coffee at breakfast and a wide selection - including locally sourced cooked breakfast ingredients. I will return for a holiday next time!

What a find - fantastic B&B !

What a find ! Gorgeous 16th Century Farmhouse B&B. Fantastic that the wonderful hosts Sharon & Paul are fully dog-friendly - as I was on a solo short break with our younger dog, we were both made welcome. Lovely clean, nicely decorated spacious room. Bonus of a fridge with water & a small glass bottle of proper milk ie not sachets etc, to go with the well stocked courtesy tray. Lots of little touches, like various "I've forgotten" items, wine glasses, glass tumblers & corkscrew ... even a hair "turban" for use after washing your hair ! Nice shared outside seating area dor use by my & neighbouring room. Whilst we didn't make use of it, the communal garden had garden furniture, as well as seating inside the summerhouse. which also had an honesty bar .. lovely idea. Breakfasta were superb, great choice of cereals, fresh fruit, dishes of fruut, greek + fruit yoghurt, mini pastries. Plus cooked breakfast - vegetarians catered for. Friendly, welcoming hosts who happily offered suggestions of places to go, where to go for dinner. Only downside is I didn't stay longer !
