"Having been to Cabo many times I was excited to stay at this location as it is on my list of communities where I would like to purchase. The stay did not disappoint. The Condo was clean and well equipped. The rooftop space with the hot tub was an added bonus. We enjoyed the fully open sliding doors and the view of the Sea of Cortez was exactly as expected. The security staff was friendly, and the community is well taken care of."

"Very good . Clean , safe , comfortable studio with large balcony . Pool view . Located about 200 yards from Costco and super store Soriana . Unit is a studio . Great for singles or 2 people . Listening does not mention that it does have a hair dryer and iron and ironing board . If you have a car and don’t need to be on beach at all inclusive ( expensive ) resorts , this place is a steel . Great workout room and lounges . Has two pools ( one being tiled now . Honestly only thing missing that...

"My wife and I stayed for almost one month and enjoyed every day. This place has the best location and beautiful sunset views. Surfing waves and a cove to go swimming and snorkeling walking distance from this location. The host and management company were extremely easy to deal with and communicate with."
