"I showed up to check into my reserved and paid for room, but nobody was in the office to check me on. There was a button to push to ring a bell that nobody answered. There was a note on the counter with a phone number to call someone, but the number didn't work. The place looked condemned. There wasn't a single car in the parking lot. I ended up leaving and came back three times. Nobody was there. I left and booked another hotel 50 miles down the road. I want a refund. I will never prepay for a room with hotels.com again! Done!"
