"I was given a room in one of the motel looking adjacent buildings. Not in the Inn itself. It looked and felt like a run down cheap motel. The bathroom was dirty. There was pooled pee at the sides of the toilet, hair in the shower and what looked like dried up scraped mud on the floor of the bathroom. The seating in the room also had stains. "Check-in was a breeze by email or text. So clean you could eat off the floor. BUT. Time for new mattresses."

"Quaint and spacious room. Staff very helpful!"

"Very nice owner and staff. Bar/dining area cozy. Generous breakfast potions."

"A lovely property in a beautiful location. Nice, historic property with good amenities, almost luxurious. Very good breakfast included."

"Absolutely gorgeous dream of a cottage. Homey, easily understood amenities, everything clearly labeled. Setting - magical. Lovely trails on the property. We had a great time and we would love to return!!"

"If you're going to Ticonderoga, this is a nice, clean place with all the basics. The staff was nice and we were pleased with our stay."

"This was our first B&B and it was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming, the room was cozy, and the food and drinks were great! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful way to relax."

"Amazing hotel stay! I stayed during off season so it was fairly empty. My room was incredibly clean and QUIET! I slept like a baby. The hotel room had such a classic “wealthy” vibe to it. Very luxurious in a modern way. Staff was friendly. Parking was great. Only semi bad experience was the restaurant on property (inside of the hotel) - food wasn’t the best and very expensive. (Although my bartender was very nice)"

"Room was clean and comfortable, but you can hear every movement from the room above."
