"The location is great, walkable to stadiums and dining. Staff is friendly and helpful. Air conditioner was not working at first, but fixed quickly. Nearly $600 a night, as we stayed the weekend for a Steelers game, high demand time. Hotel needs some updating, but overall satisfied with stay. Breakfast and bar on site"

"The property was well situated close to Times Square and Shows. The room was comfortable. The problems were that it was stated that we would get a bottle of wine per night and did not get. We told them that it was our anniversary and insulted us by giving us one small bag of popcorn. Not two but only one. The free breakfast was bagged with rude staff and we were supposed to get a free walking tour from the hotel and it was not available; it was only from other sister hotels."
