"My partner and I loved our stay but we couldn’t enjoy our experience as much as we wanted to. The Front desk told us that our room in Chelsea tower that fully paid for was not available and that they ran out of availability in that tower completely, then they said they were going to give us a free upgraded but instead we were charged the full amount of our stay again ( so basically charged twice). Our new room was not an upgrade at all from what we originally booked. The staff was friendly. Housekeeping only comes to clean before your stay and after you leave. During our entire 5 day stay the pools were all closed and no one communicated that at all, some people were a bit angry about it. But other than that everything else was fine"

"stayed on a higher floor, we were lucky to get the pier view which was beautiful. room itself was very clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. we used the amenities like the pool and hot tub. the hot tub was actually so relaxing that we went back the same night to use it again! the best part was the fireplace next to it so we warmed ourselves up afterwards~~ definitely recommend staying at golden nugget for the comfort!"
