"No cleaning service the entire time I was there, and the supposed two free bottles of water per day were not delivered. The bed took up virtually the entire room, which isn’t that unusual in NYC, but it means the A/C vent blows right onto the bed and makes for an uncomfortable sleep. Bed and pillows were ok, bathroom amenities were basic but fine. It was quieter than I expected, being located in the middle of lots of major sites/theaters/restaurants."

"The air conditioning worked but no way was the temperature reading accurate - I was unable to achieve the temperature I was hoping for. The shower head also left something to be desired. However, location was great. It was clean and safe. No frills."

"The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later!
I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel.
The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching...

"Great value for the price, the room was clean, didn’t see a single bug (big seller for me!!), and the staff was helpful and respectful. "My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "Cozy little hotel in Manhattan. Traveled with my husband to NYC and stayed in Little Charlie. This hotel gives you the impression that you’re staying in a cute European hotel. The room was cozy, very well kept, clean and with all the amenities. They served daily breakfast with delicious pastries and coffee. The room and the hotel was impeccably clean, look immaculate and smelled amazing. We had the most amazing time and definitely coming back!"

"Terrible experience was not able to check in called in advance. Make sure that everything was OK. Got to location. It was overbooked. They said that they canceled my reservation at 5 PMI was on the plane no email no nothing, and I called the day before to make sure everything was confirmed, and was assured that it was and they had no record of me confirming only a record of me asking for a high floor. was able to find another hotel. Thankfully, we never try to book here again."

"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. "This was an excellent stay! Anytime I’m going to New York, I will be staying here. The place is so clean, very secure (three locks on the door). The staff was consistently helpful. And the $10 coupon that they gave you for breakfast is quite substantive because the café has delicious food that will fit the budget. I had quiches that were $10, or sandwiches that were $10. Haven’t seen that kind of price in the upper west side in New York. I really enjoyed my stay."

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site.
