"I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed"

"Location was perfect right off highway, lots of food and stores around. Less that 10mins from the university. Room could use some dusting, faucet looked like it had some kind of water build up, just could be cleaner and more updated. Staff was friendly. One issue we had was that they made a copy of our credit card, had signature and id all our info. When asked why they needed, explanation didn’t really make sense so we asked for that copy back which after a bit of back and forth they gave to us. Maybe there was no ill intent but better safe than sorry. "

"I liked that it was close to the location I was visiting. The room was very comfortable and easy to get to, close the parking. I like that we didn’t have to pay for parking. It was included. I like that it was quiet."

"Room is clean. The hotel is clean, morning breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed it. Walking amenities to Meijer and Kroger as well some restaurants. Definitely recommend this place when needing a place at Lansing. "

"I have been at this hotel several times. The only persistent issue is the very poor valet service. They do not have enough people to get cars and I have waited 20 min- 1 hour to get my car"

"It's a cute and cozy basement apartment. It would have been better if there had been dish soap in the kitchen. It made me concerned about how clean the dishes were to begin with, and we had to use hand soap to wash the things we used. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner, and the table had glass marks, so it felt like it needed a wipe down as well. There are a lot of good things as well. I still felt very comfortable there, the couch and TV were great. We did have a hard time adjusting the volume and turning off the TV. A note on hiw to use the remotes would help. I loved the decor and art work. Cute bathroom and fun lighting."
