"There was a sticky mess on the floor. I went do to reported it to front desk but there were no more rooms available. The toilet wasn’t properly cleaned also."

"Good place to stay, won’t be staying again. The toilet would randomly don’t flush. The shower was COLD! parking lot was very tight if traveling with big truck."

"The Mall was walking distance, very convenient"

"When we arrived our bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Plus the sheets had holes in them. For the price they charged it could have been a lot better!"

"Was great"

"The A/C, whether on or off, was noisy, sounded like I constant downpour. The shower door magnet needs to be addressed, the door would not stay shut at any given time. There were fans in the hallway to dry carpet from what it appears. Tip, don’t place them directly outside doors to the rooms. On a positive note, the rooms were pretty insulated being located next to the airport. Facing the airport, the noise from takeoffs were hardly noticeable."

"Property was clean and well kept"

"Okay only thing breakfast should be included in the booking."

"Front Desk Rep was very rude to a lady that called in, short with me and with another guest. Had the customer service skills of a nat. Very poor choice for customer interactions. Told the staff teh next day but felt like would not be addressed. The food for breakfast was just short of below average. We were at the Hawthornes Suite in W Palm Beach the night before and the night after and it was like so much better in EVERY AREA. Will never stay at there again."
