Very clean and as advertised. The only issue was the check-in process and the fact that I waited three hours for my room number and access code. Another thing to review is the access through the warehouse parking lot, which allows entry to the lobby without a key. While this saved me from waiting outside, I was concerned about how easy it was for anyone to access the building. Also, the parking fee isn't specified on the Expedia app, or at least I wasn't aware of it, as I ended up paying $65 for parking. I think that should be included in the apartment price, as it's not cheap. Finally, I noticed a notice at the main entrance from the city fire department regarding a final inspection of the fire suppression system, specifically the awnings.

We had a great stay!! Thank you for the spacious 2-bedroom and 2- bathroom unit with washer dryer and full appliances in the kitchen. It feels like home and we had a great sleep after sightseeing around Miami. It was quiet at night and a safe area. We definitely recommended!

The accommodations were good. My 1 bedroom apartment was nice and clean. The bed and pillows very, very comfortable! The kitchen had the needed supplies for preparing and serving meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

The property was nice and clean and had spacious rooms. The only thing that was bothering me was the parking garage it was hard to park your car in there and it’s hard to get out of the car because of the walls around the parking spots

Whenever I spoke to someone they were helpful but the rooms are a bit outdated. No water or ice machine in the refrigerators. Our reservation got mixed up when they transferred to a new system so one of my kids had to sleep on the pullout couch, which had broken springs. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for our needs just not as comfortable as expected.

Big apartment and it accommodated our family. But there was some scuffs and scratches everywhere. Some furniture looked banged up . And the neighborhood was ok. We loved the fact that we were 10 minutes from Brickell
