"The lobby was inviting, and super clean with open air. The staff attended to us immediately and gave us drinks. The customer service at the desk was top-notch. Our garden room was oversized with couch and a king size bed, included a balcony table and chairs i and place to dry your clothes. The shower was huge double sinks and a huge shower. The cleaning staff was top-notch. The only downside of the room was the light that’s a sensor in the bathroom which glared during the nighttime when someone went in. The the cleaning staff was very friendly and they washed all the floors from the poolside all the way to the lobby. Everywhere you go there was cleaning of the floors in the morning. The pools were amazing, the scenery was very tropical and tranquil. The entertainment was spectacular including the shows. The beach front was extra extraordinary, beautiful, white sands, and perfect place to swim. In regards to the food, the buffet was great. Another great restaurant was the Kulinariun, and Geisha which was great for sushi. The Pepe food pool side grill had great tacos. The others were OK. There was also a 24 hour sports bar which included coffee and other drinks to your liking. Also, they have sandwiches if you wanted a midnight snack. We had a spectacular time at this resort."
